Booking Policy

• We will require a token advance in order to confirm the booking & the balance 100 % before Departure
• In any case, if the specified hotel mentioned in the package is not available then Peace Travels will arrange a similar or an upgraded Hotel without any extra cost. But still if customer do not want to change/upgrade the Hotel, 100 % payment will be refunded without deducting any service charges
• If the room category is not mentioned in the Package then it is presumed that cost mentioned is calculated on the base ( Starting ) category of Hotel Room
• Rooms are provided on Double/Twin Sharing & in case of 3 Persons or a child of more than 5 years, then an Extra Bed/Mattress will be provided ( unless requested & paid for a separate Room )
• Vehicles Provided are all Air Conditioners
• Hatchback - Indica V2, Swift, Ritz or similar; Sedan - Dzire, Etios, Fiesta, Xcent, Amaze or similar; SUV - Innova, Innova Crysta, Xylo or similar
• Pick-ups/Drops are available from Airport/Railway Stations & City Centers only
• Standard Hotel check-in time is usually between 12 PM - 3 PM & check-out time is between 10 AM to 12 PM. Early check-in & Late Check outs are subject to availability & totally on Hotel’s discretion. However Peace Travels will try its level best to make your trip comfortable
• Entry Tickets are to be purchased directly ( unless specified )

Amendment Policy

• Bookings can be amended 3 days before the Departure date ( amendment charges may apply for revised dates & itineraries )
• Hotels/Vehicles can be upgraded 3 days before Departure by paying the difference ( Subject to availability )

Cancellation Policy

• Partial Cancellation or tour or any services is not permitted ( Within the Cancellation Dates )

Refund Policy

• It will take 5 working days to process the refund.
• Refund will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked & paid earlier.
• No refunds are permitted for Partial Cancellations or unutilized services.
